TERRIBLE SERVICE
I PURCHASED A NIBP MACHINE IN JULY AND IT STOPPED WORKING 3 MONTHS LATER I CALLED TO GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT AND WAS DENIED SO I JUST LOST OUT ON $650

This machine reads consistently high. The company is refusing to provide a refund stating I didn’t return it within the window. For a small business, $695 is damaging to cash flow. I had to withhold Christmas bonuses this year to offset the loses of purchasing this faulty equipment. I recommend you look elsewhere!

I’ve reached out twice for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The BP consistently read high on all patients and it doesn’t always come on.

The product cost 702.00 with taxes and does not include Sp02 sensor . However they claim that you have to purchase this separately.
