I felt the actual color was much darker than the picture and even though the seller is third party their customer service was great and the return/refund almost as easy a dealing directly with Amazon.

After reading some reviews, I thought I had made a huge mistake by my purchase, but I honestly don’t understand what the negatives meant as the set was super easy to put together. Instructions are very clear and what we didn’t understand, just looking at the pieces we’re a no brainier as to where they went. We used a small drill with an alum bit, once we seeded the screws by hand. A larger drill would make it harder to tighten the screws without stripping the threads as the drill needs to remain level to the screws. All the pieces were there. Mine too spare, so be careful not to mess them up. The cushions are only about 2-3” thick and the one one the double seater is an odd size, making it difficult to upgrade to your own choice. In my opinion, it would be better to spend $2-300 more and get the plusher 5” cushions because replacing these cheaper ones is going to cost about that much anyway. Time will tell how durable the set is, but I’m happy with the look.

I was very skeptical Initially before ordering any furniture online. It was my first time ordering furniture online through amazon and I ordered becuase it had good reviews. Well, After using this product for 2 weeks I can say it is a good product. Easy to assemble. Took me like 3 hours to assemble all these. It did came in 2 separate boxes on 2 different days. Assembling first piece was the only time consuming after that you know what to do. All the parts came with the numbers so it was really easy to match. I strongly suggest to screw this one using A screwdriver bit which bends instead of using Allen key. You assemble this inside the house and after you assemble this it can taken outside from standard single door in the USA. So, its not a concern. Now these all were about assembly.Material, very good quality for the price. It's been out in sun and rain and in wind for 2 weeks, not a single damage And when I say rain, I meant heavy rain, thunderstorm. Very steady. It didn't flew away. Seat cushions are okay but not bad cushion at all. Easy to wipe and clean. Looks perfect size furniture for 10ft x 12 ft patio. Pictures are attached.Overall, I do recommend this product for sure.

It came right on time . Was so happy. The box felt nasty,like black film. Then when I opened the box the plastic felt grindy like . But I was still cool about it. Thinking all the process it had to go through to get here. Then when I started putting it together and started seeing the mud in the holes where the screws went in I wasn't a happy camper . The glass was in excellent shape. The furniture,good. Don't care much about the cushions .the fabric snags easy. I never called to complain about it to Amazon. You get what you pay for. Oh yeah the assembly was easy other then the screws was little confusing for me at first .

Assembly - I put this set together solo yesterday. Here's what you need to know:You must have patience. Low tolerance folks won't fare well. Using a hand drill w appropriate bit is helpful but don't go hard, the screws strip easily. Don't tighten the screws all the way until you've got it all together. As it goes with *affordable* furniture, the machining is not precise but it will work just don't over tighten anything too soon. By myself, it took around 2 hours to assemble. Only caught myself swearing once or twice.Quality - the pieces are all pretty sturdy. Some sit wonky at first (one leg slightly higher) but that seems to have settled after sitting on them a bit. However, you might need to shim some of the legs to stabilize. The cushions are total nonsense. The back pillows are ok, tufted and cushy. The seat cushions are flat and firm/hard. No give at all when you sit on them. They might be improved with adding an inch or more of memory foam but there's not a whole lot of room in the cushion cover to do that. I'll probably just replace them straight away. The faux rattan looks nice and will hold up well. As for size, the set looks and feels a little small - especially with the bogus seat cushions. But, the chairs definitely have more depth to them than other inexpensive options I've seen. I'm hoping that replacing the seat cushions and maybe raising the height via the legs a bit will help it feel and look better. The beige material is a decent neutral color to work with. The fabric feels a bit thin and cheap. Don't know how it would hold up in rain and direct sun.Don't have high expectations and you'll be pleased. Again, you get what you pay for. You want something nice? Spend this money on a set of two chairs, not a conversation set.

ok, these are really quite nice for the price. they are solid, sturdy and look very nice. not cheap looking at all. you can easily tell they are vinyl and not real wicker or rattan, but still overall very nice. 5 stars for the finished product. I am thoroughly impressed with the build quality!however, as the other reviews have said, the assembly can be difficult. the supplied M6x30 screws are just barely long enough. yes they work, but with very small tolerance. it will be difficult getting some parts together. also, the actual assembly differs from the instructions, and the 2 chairs require one more screw than is provided. So I was short by 2 fasteners.However, I went down to the hardware store and got a bag of M6x30 flathead machine screws for like $2 and that solved the problem. if you are having difficulty with the length of the screws, get some M6x40 at your hardware store and use those. the extra centimeter will make assembly much easier.again, still a great product and I recommend it.
