I enjoy these mini White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Flavored bars but economy of scale are not seen in their current prices.

perfect amount of calories before a game
It is the perfect amount of calories before I play a ice hockey game, 110. Great value for the price. Taste is fine but I am not eating it for taste. I need the energy boost to play. I highly recommend it for athletes, I am 5"4" and 120 lbs so I do not need a lot of calories. A larger person may need more calories.

They are a perfect snack size
I have enjoyed CLIF bars since they first came on the market. Now that Mini bars are available, I can enjoy them more often. I wish there were more varieties in minis but whichever I select, it's healthy, delicious, and energizing. All CLIF bars are great for school lunches. I prefer the white chocolate with macadamia nuts as well as chocolate bars as a snack.

Trying to watch carbs and looking for something easy on carbs and sugar for breakfast. This is definitely a good little snack filling, oats. Yummy.
