Low Blood Sugar when you need it.
This is my favorite reason to skip a sit-down breakfast in the morning. This way I will avoid a spike in my blood sugar. The flavors are great in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry too.

Taste good
Glucerna protein drinks alittle expensive. I tried strawberry so far and the taste is great. I do plan to soon try other flavors.I do feel it controlled my sugar and cravings to where I felt I didn't have a crave for anything sugar or chocolate wise. I do feel like these gave alittle bit of energy. I will buy them again and try other flavors.

diabetes blood sugar control: 0ne of the containers of 4 individual meal units were damaged and when I went to shake the 1st one it went all over me because damaged where container meets the cap lid wasn't visable so chocolate when all over me! the other 3 meals in the group had to be poured out into glass and used without being shook!

Caused me to have gas.
I have ordered Glucerna shakes for a long time. More recently I have been drinking shakes and Atkins caramel and root beer shakes. Glucerna is OK but it seems to make me want to eat something like a Tums afterward.
