Taste terrible. I found that it easier to take with coffee bc it's bitter like black coffee. As far as effects it will get you focus and ready to go for tough workouts

The worst tasting gritty garbage I have ever had. I tried 3 different times before workouts and felt like I was going to vomit before I could even start. This just overpriced and taste absolutely terrible.

I usually take it 45mins before my workout and it’s a nice clean feel for a good level of energy type feel. Nothing glittery, tingly or anything like that. There’s no caffeine crash.All good things with this product.

Good product, definitely gives you strength and stamina for in and out of the gym- does not taste the best, but that's ok
