Excellent book, well presented in clear, easy to understand and follow portions. Would definitely recommend it.

Some useful stuff but...
There is some useful stuff in this book. However, if you have made any attempt to look into how to market / sell more effectively in a professional services environment you will probably find little that is really new. The extracts from research carried out by Hinge (the in-house research arm of RAIN Group) are interesting as are the quotes from RAIN Group clients. As a set of "business school" theories it is not at all bad. However, I found that it lacked concrete , implementable, "how to" processes that could be applied within a professional services business (unless of course one were to hire the experts at RAIN to help...).
