I’m knee deep in perimenopause & my cycle had been irregular for months. I’d start on day 19, day 11, day 22 etc. With first month of taking this I’m back on a 28 day cycle, it’s been 3 months now like clockwork. I’ve also noticed an increase in libido & less moodiness.
