Q: Can this powder be used to mix in raw rice and food grains to kill worms?

I don't think so. And I wouldn't use this product mixed with food you will eat.

Q: Could you please let me know how to use it for killing cockroach.

Mix this with water and make balls of it and put little sugar coating and place in corners

Boric acid will not kill termites. The only way to kill termites is by injecting a product like Termidor or other termite insecticide into the ground. Termites live in the ground and come into the house for food. You cannot kill termites with spray or putting insecticide in the house. The only to kill them is by injecting soil into the ground!!
