The first time I ordered this, I believe it got lost after it left the vendor’s facility. It never showed up however, once I re-ordered it. The new order came the next day. I’ve used the product before and I’m very satisfied with it.

Been using the urine off product for years, this round, the bottle has changed to white. Amazon should update the photo to the latest version, or whichever version the shop is shipping out, then this way will not mislead buyers.

I have 2 dogs who are old and have taken to marking a few spots in our house (yes they are fixed). This stuff works great but be prepared for a weekend of work. This stuff will not mask or just get rid of the smell, you must let it soak for it to work. It works best if you have a shopvac or some sort of way to suck up water for the final few steps.1. FInd the area and then add about 3 or 4 inches to the diameter of the area2. Generously pour the product onto the identified area (do not spray or dab, dump it onto the carpet and let it soak right down to the pad)3. Get a towel (white so you can see the progress) and lay it over the area you just treated4. Saturate the part of the towel the is covering the product with water (when you touch the towel over the product it should be wet and sound wet underneath)5. Let it sit for 24 hours (do not touch it or move it or add anything to it)6. If you used a white towel you will see yellow within 2 or 3 hours so you know it is working7. After 24 hours get a bucket of HOT water8. Remove the towel9. Pour hot water over area and saturate it really well10. Use shopvac or steamcleaner (I have a bissell) and suck up all the product and water you can11. Repeat steps 9 and 1012. Let it dryThis has taken care of the problem for me in several spots. IT TAKES TIME AND PATIENCE TO WORKYou may need to repeat the entire process to ensure the urine is gone but it will work

Would give it zero stars. Used almost half the bottle on two spots, left it overnight plus, sucked out all the excess liquid with a carpet cleaner, rinsed with water per all the instructions on the bottle. made sure to shake bottle well too. Did almost nothing for the pee smell. Super disappointed given the level of effort and expense involved.

I use this product after I rug shampooed my bedroom. We have an older dog that had some accidents in that bedroom. The shampooing alone did not take the odor out very well, but after I use the urine off, no odor at all this stuff is amazing! Worth every penny.

First I have to start out by saying that this product does indeed take out old urine odor. I actually purchased it on December 29, 2013. I had intended to use it back then, but was taken out of town for 6 months. When I came back the odor was still there, but not a priority. Leaving town again I came back and my 2 dogs were acting out while I was gone. So time continues to pass and now I need to rent out my house and have a choice to either replace my carpet or see how this product works. I ended up saturating the carpet all the way down to the pad (the carpet squished when I stepped on it). I covered it with garbage bags overnight. When I took the bags off about 12 hours later, the scent was 95% gone and there was a huge stain raised to the surface of the carpet. I tried to remove the stain with Oxy Clean which was working, but took some elbow grease. Ended up renting a Bissell to clean the stains/dirt and it was fine. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was due to having to rent the machine. I probably wouldn't have had to if I had taken care of the scent earlier...but I'll never know at this point.
