Silent and slick
This is the third Kingdel mini pc I've had for use in my office.Fast processor and 4K graphics with DP lead and HDMI.Tiny space taken up really pleased. Thanks Kingdel.

Great product and great customer support!
After 8 months of use, and pleased with it,I heard a big noise and the computer shut down. Luckily, it was just the power supply.I ordered one online and Brett, from the customer support team, refunded the price of it. He was extremely courteous, very quick to respond and very professional.I recommend them and their product.The computer is as advertised, very fast, silent and very compact.

Elegant looking, latest spec with SSD
Extremely compact computer, all the latest spec and 512 GB SSD, lightning fast, silent all in a black aluminium case, which is a pleasure to have on the desk !Very minimalist, but has everything you need

Perfect for me
I use this with a Dell docking station which outputs to 2x monitors, keyboard and mouse, microphone and speakers. It works perfectly. Win 10 is pre-installed and licenced.I read a previous review that said it runs hot. Mine doesn't and typically runs at 45-50 degrees centigrade measured at the highest core temp. The outside is mildly warm to touch. Under load it gets a little warmer, but I can still hold my hand against it no problem. It's like a warming radiator. Performance wise, it works perfectly for my needs. It's on all the time running office apps, video, music streaming and various other things. It's not going to run CoD: Modern Warfare with a little graphics card, but I don't need that in my office.Best of all, it's completely silent with no mechanical parts at all. If I needed two, I would buy another without question.Well done Kingdel.

I am using this at home for various tasks. It is fast, and robust.Supplier support and communication is excellent.

Customer Support from Kingdel
I purchased this PC 10 months ago. It arrived in good order and operated well at first. The PC began blue-screening every few seconds and simply became unusable. I emailed Kingdel directly for advice; however, because I bought the PC from a third party vendor (Amazon) they would not help. Fortunately, I am a trained qualified technician and have (eventually) been able to sort out the problems myself. On a positive note ... after 30+ years of using and owning PC's/laptop's etc, this the best ever.
