Happy with the Product, and good Customer Service!
My commercial truck shop had ~40 year old 8' overhead fluorescent lights, which I recently changed out to single-pin LED tubes. I've been extremely happy and wish I had done it sooner. To augment the overhead fixtures, I bought these to improve the lighting in areas like our tool room, work bench, and office area. I initially had a few reservations with switching to LED including overall brightness, quality/durability, and longevity. However these all turned out great with this product.Brightness- these are very bright, and far brighter than any fluorescent I've used in the past. They're labeled for 72W, although I checked a circuit running 7 of these lights and they averaged about 51W each.Longevity - It's still a little early, but I've been running these for a few months now in conditions varying from 90F to below freezing and had no issues. No discernable change in brightness, no flickering, and consistent output. I'll monitor this for the long road but the first fee months have been good.Quality / durability- so, there's good news and not so good news here, but overall I give a thumbs up. I haven't received any that were damaged in shipping, and packaging was adequate despite using two 4' cartons taped together for each light. The included connectors and mounting clips were all of good quality, and I received a complete set with each light. Instructions were sparse, but the design is simple and self-explanatory so it was a non-issue for me. The clear plastic lens on most units was smushed down a bit, but it wasn't damaged and simply squeezing the edges together by sliding my thumb and index finger along the length of the fixture snapped it snugly right back into place.Customer Service- So, fortunately I had a problem with my order. I say 'fortunately' becuase it gave the seller an opportunity to demonstrate a level of customer service I would not have seen had there been no issue at all. In my first order, one of the lights was dead on arrival. No big deal, things happen and one bad light out of the whole shipment wasn't the end of the world. Unfortunately I didn't discover the bad light until we mobilized to replace all of the shop lights at once, which turned out to be just after the Amazon 30-day return window. Figuring we would just be stuck with it, I reached out to the seller tonsee ifnthey could help. They were extremely nice and said they would gladly replace the dead unit. They seemed genuinely concerned that I was happy with my purchase and were eager to make it right. They asked for a photo of the failed unit which I managed to get to them a few weeks later. However by that time they had run out of stock, so we had to wait for more to arrive. The seller kept good communication with me and was apologetic for the delay. I became concerned as time went on, but eventually they received new stock. To compensate for the initial trouble and delay in getting a replacement in stock, they replaced my one bad light with an entire case of new lights. All of the new ones worked perfectly so the one bad one must have just been a fluke.Admittedly a DOA unit is not likely to be the cornerstone of a positive review, but in this case it led to a better outcome overall. The seller demonstrated a great customer service attitude and stayed with me while we worked through the problem together. I'll be buying from this seller agaian because anybody can sell a product, but when there's a problem and the chips are down I know this seller will make it right.

lightweight and easy to hang.
wonderfully bright and so very light weight. I used industrial double stick tape to adhere to my dropped ceiling tiles in my sewing room and they are fantastic! came in a box of 4, so shared 2 with another quilter.

Best lights
Love the look. On white ribbed ceiling & dont even notice them till turned on. Great light spread & brightness. Very reasonable price, sturdier than others purchased before. These come with better connectors too. Can connect 4 in a row, no radio interference.

Nice lights, Installation points, and Minor quality issues
I've purchased and installed lights of this kind in previous homes in the past. When my new barn needed better illumination, I knew what I wanted. I purchased a 12 pack of 8 foot lights, a 4 pack of 8 foot lights, and a 4 pack of 4 foot lights. That's nearly $400 in lights! I chained a three together (8-4-8), hard wired the first in line into a box, and direct coupled the next two to cover a span of 24 feet. The remaining 8 foot lights were doubled up and direct wired. I did multiple rows of lights to eliminate shadows and brighten my work area.Key points about installing these lights:1. Don't overtighten the brackets! The provided brackets are VERY lightweight, but so are the lights. The brackets hold well, but can be deformed if you drive the screw too tightly to your ceiling, joist, etc. Overtightened brackets provide zero tolerance for mistakes in installation and will make your life difficult. Overtightened brackets also prevent minor movement of the lights due to the natural expansion or contraction associated with heating and cooling of the lights (seasonal or due to residual heat). If the lights are too tight and can't move at all, you may have lights that become disconnected when chained together because those little movements can add up over time. My brackets can wiggle and spin slightly when I call them done... there is plenty of "grab" to hold the lights in this state. Also, this makes sliding the lights along the bracket path easier and helps with installation.2. Use a chalk line or laser level! These lights are straight aluminum. They have some give for variation, but not too much. Laser levels are expensive so a chalk line is handy for those without one. Another option is to just use a piece of string held tight. This becomes more important when installing 8 foot lights as they require 4 brackets each.3. These lights are not frosted. I installed similar lights with a frosted cover in a basement. The frosted covers do make the light easier on the eyes. These clear covered ones would be better on a high ceiling where a person wouldn't have them in the direct line of sight. They can work fine with 8 foot ceilings, just be aware that the LEDs are point-lights that are VERY bright.4. 8 foot lights are not easy to ship. Mine were packed in high strength cardboard tubes. I was impressed. Mine arrived with no concerning damage, but it seems like others have experienced issues on occasion. I only had one cosmetic dent. Shipping damage isn't fun to deal with but please consider the difficulty in shipping an item like this.Issue I had with my lights:Two of my 8 foot lights stopped working shortly after installation. I'd say they burned out after about 20-30 minutes of being turned on. Amazon issued me some refund money for those two through their chat system and I'm happy with the resolution. I didn't expect an installation of this size to be without issue so I can't complain too much.Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

good lighting but needs better wiring
Pretty happy with these lights for my garage/ workshop. They are way brighter than my previous fixtures. They are also lower profile to the ceiling and so there is more space left for other storage etc. I do wish that the wiring for hard wire setup would have been a little bit longer wires to accommodate the length of these lights and how they connect together. I ended up just cutting into one of the longer connecting cords.
