Plastic housing and fewer settings than some of the others speakman offers. Might be worth a little more money to go for a higher end speakman.

This is the same shower head all the major truck stop showers use and I never knew what was missing in my life at home until I purchased these for my personal showers. If you love powerful water pressure that'll blast the dirt and grime off you then this is the one. If you like gentle weak showers then keep looking, this isn't for you. But for me and mine, we love our speakmans!

Happened to try this when we were on vacation at a motel, we loved the pressure so I had to order one for home, I didn’t realize how much ours was lacking before! Love the different settings. Easy to install and felt the price was great for the quality.

Loved the water pressure and Design of this shower head so much so I purchased 2 of these within a couple weeks. Unfortunately, after about 60days of use both units are constantly dripping from the side as if the seal is worn which couldn't possibly happen that quickly. Sure enough there is no fix and does not come apart to replace the faulty seals. Do not buy this junk unless you like throwing away money! You will be shopping for a lower pressure head in about a month once you see how much water is wasted from the seal.
