Better than knee injections

It has keep me walking with minimum pain for over a year now. The shots didn't last and I'm glad I has started taking them before I stopped the shots. I'm very happy with the results.

Totally worthless for what they said it did.

I am in severe pain in one of my joints and tried this through several bottles. There was NO IMPROVEMENT AT ALL!!! A total waste of money. Do not buy and waste your money!It’s quite expensive.

I took this for 2 months and really didn’t notice any difference in joint pain. I am going to try a different brand.

Helps With the Pain

I've used these 2 products for nearly five years. They really help keep my pain manageable. I take half the recommended amount along with minimal amounts of acetaminophen daily. This works to reduce pain and also helps to keep the cost down. I don't know these folks but they seem to be well known in their field. Of cource, you also need to eat healthy and exercise. I must admit I'm not a committed exercise champ, but that's where you need to be disciplined.
