Received defective piece the 2nd time.
We had received this product in defective form twice. This airplane toy we loved a lot. Our kid also got delighted seeing this. However the FIRST time its front wheel was received in broken condition hence plane didn't run on the ground. We placed a replacement order and today Jan 14th received the replaced product. Here front wheel was fine but the back wheels were found to be deformed due to which plane is not moving on floor. It is a pull back toy, and hence if the back wheels are deformed (bent) how will it move? This SECOND time also we received a defective piece. We wanted to place replacement again since we loved this product and wanted to have it, but in Amazon i was not able to opt for 'replacement' 2nd time. it was giving option for 'refund'. What will we gain by getting few hundred bucks refunded when we loved the toy and wanted the toy instead? So, we ultimately kept this defective toy as is with us and using it just as a toy to play in hands, can't run it on floor. Please check attached images to understand what I said.
