Suuuuuper cute
Such an amazing book, covers everything parents are worried about when their little ones are starting nursery. Very interactive with the lift the flap pages, turning the wheel to see different paintings and moving the toy car back and fourth. It even has tips for parents to help with their child's transition into nursery at the bottom of every page. I can't recommend this book enough!

Beautiful book with meaningful, relatable story. Perfect for anyone starting nursery.
Bought this for my little one starting playschool. It gives a very realistic idea of what a day in nursery/ playschool / creche looks like. Goes through saying good bye yo mam / dad, meeting teacher, hanging coat up, playing with friends, doing art, garden play, lunch time, story time and finally collection. It made my child more comfortable with being dropped as he knew we would return. Love how you can apply to your situation whether mom or dad does drop off. Lovely colours and illustrations and just enough text for toddler to maintain focus. Highly recommend. It is still read often in my house with my toddler. Especially useful during school holidays / just before return to svhool to remind child of the routine.

Perfect book for starting nursery
I love this book for my little one. He's 13months old and starts nursery next month. He loves moving the flaps in the book. We've changed the name of the key worker to the name of his key worker at nursery so he can hear it and practise the goodbye routine as in the book. Love it!

Really helped my little girl to settle into her nursery
I feel so relieved to have found and purchased this book. My little girl has been in nursery for over a year but when things change, such as parents being allowed back into the nursery following the easing of lockdown, she struggles. Recently she has been panicky and basically cried at nursery drop off and several times throughout the day for weeks, it was such a tough time for us all. Then I found this book and basically it saved the day. My daughter used this book as a way to express her feelings about nursery and learn that mummy and daddy were going to come back. The book itself is very interactive in that there are flaps, things to pull along and spin around. 100% would recommend this book to any parent of a toddler. Probably the best book I’ve ever bought!

Great little book for children starting nursery!
My toddler really enjoys reading this book. It’s got interactive flaps and wheels which she loves playing with and we used to to get her used to nursery and the fun things she will do there! Really cute book.

Brilliant! Must recommend
Ok my son 2.5 years of age was starting nursery and was very upset when I would leave him. I had tried lots of things but got this being a little sceptical it would help but what’s the harm trying. He loves it he makes me read it now at least twice a night. We change the child’s name to his name when reading and we draw similarities with our visit to the nursery and the book and then when we go to nursery we do exactly that he has not cried since. He has had a slight wobble but held it together and I have left him and he is happy. We keep each other right now I remind him to knock at the door to get in and he remind me to give him a cuddle and tell him I love him at good bye time. It’s a joy and a great relief to see him entering nursery happy now and excited and in a positive mind to go and interact with the other kids. I never thought the book would help so much but for us it does.
