Be careful of what you use this on, metal fantastic, wood be careful
These are fantastic four scouring and cleaning up metal, on wood they will give you a new texture and actually chew up the wood which is okay if you don't mind that

Good Polishing Discs
This style holds up well, does a great job of polishing up mild steel.

Good value - too soft for aggressive deburring
Works good to remove minor rust and to add a slight polish to metal.When using for deburring, the disk is soft and wears quickly. A good value for the amount of disks.

Good product.
These are different than standard flap discs. Both have their purpose. These are better when you need to get into tighter spaces since you can use the outside edge if you want, which is narrow. Comes with a variety of grits too. These do a good job, are a good value, and seem pretty durable. Great for rust or paint removal.

A Good Hybrid, But Wears Quickly
These discs are a nice hybrid between the standard flap disc sanding wheel (works great for lawn mower sharpening) and the paint/rust removal wheel (great for cleaning down to the base metal, but not aggressive at smoothing or anything that requires stock removal.These work well to remove surface rust and paint and also remove imperfections in the base metal without being too aggressive. Unfortunately, the design tends to wear more quickly than either of the other two types for the amount of work accomplished.Part of that issue may be that the recommended maximum speed is only 5000 RPM, which is half or less than the speed of my angle grinders.Tend to spin off a lot of particles, so wear good protection!The fast wear doesn't mean these are bad wheels--they are very good at what they do, and if you need that "tweener" kind of wheel, these will meet your need at a fair price.
