As a 30-something-yr-old new to L Ergo Theoneine, I’m already seeing noticeable changes in my focus. It’s realy helped me push through those mental marathons without feeling too drained. The taste is slightly weird, but it’s still tolerable . I haven’t experienced any severe side effects yet, although I do get a mild headache if I take too much. Overall, I’d definitely reccomend it to anyone looking for a mental boost without going overboard on caffeine which is the baseline here.

I find supplements incredibly difficult to review, as you generally need to go through a couple bottles or three to see results. BUT I've taken this supplement for a solid month now, and I haven't gotten sick or anything, so there's that. ;) I've got a supremely powerful attention deficit (diagnosed and only getting worse with age!), so I'm no stranger to this stuff...or anything designed to boost memory or cognitive function, really. So I'll keep going with this particular product and see if I notice any improvements, and then I'll try to remember to come back and edit/update my review!...which is funny b/c I know there's absolutely no way, nada, zero percent chance that I'll remember. ;)

I ordered this item thirteen days ago. It is currently out of stock which raises questions to me. I received this as part of Amazon Vine. I do question when the product runs out so quickly as part of Amazon Vine is to leave an honest review. I wonder if these reviews will be seen.I have been using this for about a week. It is hard to know if it has made a difference. I take a number of supplements and it is always hard to tell if any single one of them is making a huge difference. I can say that I have not had any negative side effects from using this.The jars were sealed in plastic. There was a foil seal over the opening as well.Each jar contains a 90-day supply. It is nice to have a six month supply on hand as it saves time an energy having to reorder often. However, with it sold out at this point, there is no way to tell if it will ever come back into stock. There is an expiration date on the bottom of the bottle. I will use the product before the expiration date as it is good for 1y10m.Pay attention to the ingredients list as it lists magnesium stearate. It does not state how much is in it. For those taking other magnesium supplements, make sure to pay attention to this. I do like that they do not group a bunch of other "active" ingredients with it.Per FDA regulations, there is an address included on the label. They also provide a website that appears active with quite a bit of information about the company.
