Purchased this unit in December 2024 and it has been great so far.Pros:1.Ultraslim form factor2. Zero hum noise associated with almost all UPS3. Instant power backup in the event of electricity failure4. Excellent customer service5. Excellent R&D department that takes customers inputs to build high quality high performance deviceCons:1. None so farLonger term reliability will need to be monitored for longetivity of the UPS but the Oakter brand is known for its reliability. Overall 5 stars to the company and the product both in terms of quality of the product received and company's values with taking feedback and developing even better products with continuous improvements. Would recommend all and and products that Oakter builds as the company backs up every product they sell.

I have review this product after purchase of more than a Week.Product is delivered on time.Packing of product is superior.Product working fine , still no problem persist.Quality of product is very good.It's fulfill my need completely , My Airtel Xtream Airfiber connected with this ups work properly. It's giving Battery Backup more than 4h with airtel Xtream Air Fiber. I am Fully Satisfied with this Produt...My Suggestions :1 : Please Add USB 3.0 Fast Charging Socket2 : Add Dc Router Pin 12v 3Amps for other RoutersThanks to Amazon to maintain such quality product line on site .Finally I recommend to buy this product ,based on my experience.

While this sounded like an ideal solution for wifi routers when there are frequent power cuts, this is pretty much useless due to its output Amp. While the outer box mention only 220V AC coutput, they have not mentioned that the output is only 0.1 Amps AC which is absolutely useless as most devices like Wifi routers requires a minimum of 220V 0.5Amps to work.I tried it on multiple devices and none of them worked. So would advice to check your devices plug and confirm if that can work with 220V 0.1Amps input before buying this. Currently am using this as paperweight.
