Game changer
If you use a standard pitcher this so SO much more convenient. Very much worth the money. Easy to refill and fill filter changes are super least as well as cleaning. We have super hard water and this is so nice to have.

Great tasting water but spigot drips
Filtered water tastes great. However, the spigot has to be replaced since the original ones starts dripping. I had the unit replaced but the new one started dripping within 2 weeks. I ended up replacing the spigot with Igloo Products 20027 Cooler Spigot, X-Large (pictured). Otherwise, filter lasts 2 months which is great.

It leaks and cause water damage to wood shelf
The only star is for the clean design. After using it for a week, the bottom leaking issue goes from controllable quickly becoming damaging the wood shelf where I place the water dispenser. I live in a rental apartment so pretty sure I won't be able to get my full deposit back because of the water damage. Has contacted Amazon support and got a replacement. Will give stars back if the replacement doesn't leak.

Such a great product for everyday use. I don't like going on trips without it
Love this water jug. We live in the country and just love the peace of mind drinking water out of here. I use it everyday for water bottles and coffee! Super easy to set up and use all the time. It does take a little to fill but I just refill every night before bed so it's ready to go... I even took it when we went on vacation so I didn't have to worry about buying water.

Absolutely recommend
Best purchase I have made in years. I was shocked at how great the water tastes. Vast improvement over any other filter I have ever used. Super convenient counter-top use with the stand.I bought one for my daughters house as well.

provisionally 3 stars after use I may update to full 5 stars but here is what I see so far:Not full enough yet to test the leaking issues but will updatePackaging - decent and it came all nice and nothing brokenIt is a beautiful design, and I would like to enjoy it, but the very lid was really used looking as were a couple of other parts... scratched and I will be taking that up with the vendor.very disappointed with that!!!!Cleaning went very well and the filter is currently filtering water.Once iI taste I will update.the value for money will need to wait for tasting laterShould have been made of glass to avoid some of the scratchingUPDATEsadly after a while ... I am going to need someone from support to help with the leaky faucet - spigot... I am about to use some silicone calking on it to get it to seal unless told otherwise. There was a tiny leak and then it bloomed. I tried to have less water and a lot of water and nothing changed it. I love this product but the leaking is unbearable.

Leaks
Mine started leaking in less than a month. Then I had to tighten the seal with a wrench.Otherwise it's great.

Great product
I actually bought this filtration system because we live in an area where hurricanes & tropical storms are a fact of life. But, aftrr trying it out. We use it everyday.
