not accurate
it very sensitive to the point that in 10 mins of sitting down i have apparently done 66 steps not good

Not fit for purpose
Totally useless it would say that I'd done 500 steps before I even woke up in the morning, and when I was driving it was counting it as steps.

OK
First it came with zero power so I had to fully power it up first, now you do not get any type of power cable, you have to pull off the bottom half of the strap, where you are met with a peculiar power source which you have to insert into a USB-A port, now I had to try a good few USB-A ports before finding one which would actually charge the watch... Like all these sport watches they need a companion app in this case Reflex Active where you input all your info from age to your walking/running step length. So once are connected to the app via Bluetooth you can now use the watch to map your sporting activities, monitor every thing from heart rate,to calories used whilst being active...The screen of the watch is small and it does get cluttered by all the monitoring icons, the display is crisp and detailed, so if you are in the market for a sports/smart watch on a budget and you are into your every breath being monitored, this maybe the watch for you, I found it a bit to quirky and the zero power on first use is annoying...

Not particularly accurate but light and comfortable for all day wear
So this Reflex Active smart watch tracker is very similar to other band-like smart watches which provide the same type of vital statistics from heart rate to sleep monitor to steps. The band is lightweight and comfortable to wear and the app is functional, albeit a little basic. I did find that if I do not open the app, the watch did not sync with my iPhone and notifications would occasionally get missed.Step count was excessively over counting for some reason and the only reason why I think this might be the case was any arm movement would register steps, such as when I was frantically drying my child's hair one evening. I wore my Huawei watch at the same time and the extra "steps" did not register which makes me think that the sensor tech in this band is where they may have saved their money.Heart rate was also a little random as it occasionally had my heart rate at 100 BPM when at rest but when I went in manually to measure, it returned to around 55-60bpm similar to my Huawei. This watch does not monitor heart rate continuously but can either be started manually or it can measure HR at intervals with the shortest being 10 mins (set in the app).Ultimately, this band is a little quirky in places but may be okay for a child to wear to school as a timepiece and to track their steps, sleep and heart rate but I would not read into the accuracy all too much. In terms of cost, it is probably ok value for money although I would be inclined to purchase one from a more established brand for around the same money.
