Good build quality.
Seat belt is of good quality. Wheels are running smooth. Breaks in front & rear, folability and 2 modes in handle placement is a nice addition. Canopy with window is also cool as we can check on our baby. The only problem I faced is, it's a little heavy, but I guess that is essential for it's build quality. Assembly manual could be a little more informative.Customer service is also good as their technician was very patient and helpful.Overall, the LuvLap galaxy stroller is a good quality product with ofcourse value for money.

Good product and excellent after-sales service from Luvlap
The media could not be loaded. I purchased a Luvlap Galaxy Stroller few months back. At that time , my baby was about 3 months and used to lie flat. I used it for some travels and was satisfied.Few months later, when my baby started to sit , I tried to pull the recliner lever of the stroller. Initially it would be in sitting position for few minutes, but would fall just after few minutes.Then , I approached Luvlap customer care. I must say, I got a very good response and extremely happy with their service. They immediately solved my issues.I received the new spare parts and also few extra parts within 4-5 days.Now, I am able to use my stroller in sitting position, very comfortably.The size of the stroller, initially seemed but large. But as a child grows, it's very useful as they get some space and not congested.

While assemblibg one part is defected, unable to assemble... Pls help
Defected product sent to me.... Please refund money send me new stroller of the same... Yesterday... In our community... Amazon delivery boy asked for approval at the gate... I gave approval... But he did not came to home to pick up the product... Please refund my money back or send new item of the same... AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. Through Amazon we expect good service... Thank you.

Overall good ProductBigger wheel helps for better movement.Easy to fold. But In few cases side flap stuck in between.Easy to adjust sleeping and seating position.Coverage of Sun shade is good.Nice colour and design.Luvlap support team contacted after delivery of this product. Just for information we share minor manufacturing defect. Without any question they courier same part for replacement. Great support

Product is heavy
Product not available for return and only replacement is possible. It is too heavy and installation is also not available. Product is too good but not advisable for people who do not have lift service to carry them down for a walk. If we keep this stroller in the car we cannot dump any other laguage.
