The product itself is fine I’m sure. The packaging is impossible to open. Why this company believes that food additives need to be locked up like Fort Knox is beyond me. I’m sure there are other products that can actually be opened by people who are 79 years old without super human strength.

I've tried several other brands and all have empty capsules and unequal veggie or fruit quantities.July Deer got it right with both.

I knew I was going to be eating some pretty off the wall foods while on vacation so I picked these up to make sure I got my daily healthy fruit and vegetables and vitamins. The supplements aren't any larger than an aspirin caplet so if you can easily swallow those you'll be fine. If not, feel free to open them and sprinkle it into a glass of water.

Fairly good results albeit no increase in the positives this nutrient should provide.

I love this product. I feel more energized and healthier.
