Yes, mixed approximately 100/1 91% isopropyl, slight haze in appearance, stayed in solution with a little agitation, left an even layer when applied and dried on a non porous surface.

Q: can it be mixed with wax to lubricate bicycle chains?

Absolutely! In fact, this is the same ptfe that we use in our own Runaway Bike Hot Tub paraffin wax lubricant products. -Bob.
