This heated eye mask is very comfortable and easy to use. The heat settings and timer work well. It really helps with my dry eyes and feels very relaxing. Good product!

Pros:-It actually heats up quick and it’s hot enough.-it has a timer which is perfect so you can set it while you are falling asleep.-it has a lavender pouch you can add if you like.-Amazing packaging. It feels expensive! Good gift option too.- Easy to use and fall asleep with.- Unbeatable price point.Cons:- Not really a con because preferences vary but I would have loved a design that blocks light completely with added sponge on the corners, although I can very well sleep with this on too ( I am sensitive to light). Maybe not so well during the day but I haven’t tried.-sometimes when I want extra heat on my lids I have to press it down, but obviously it wouldn’t be safe for it to be that close to the lids as it could cause burns so I understand.I am using this because I have very dry eyes and my tear ducks need to be unclogged by applying heat, as prescribed by my GP. I am very happy with my purchase and I appreciate it wasn’t extortionately priced. Recommend! My eyes feel less painful in the morning.

I absolutely love the intensity of the warmth this provides and the timer feature is very handy as well. I'd previously been using a microwaveable heat mask which didn't stay warm for long enough. What that did have that this doesn't however, was the benefit of the design allowing it to mould better around the eye sockets. Maybe this electronic heated mask works just as well but I prefer the feeling of my deep set eyes being fully surrounded by heat. Sometimes I gently pinch at the bridge of my nose to feel the heat closer to the nasal corner or my eyes. I haven't actually been diagnosed with any of the dry eye conditions but I have enough ocular awareness to know that I suffer intermittently with one/some of the linked medical issues. I admit I don't use it frequently enough (I know, chronic condition = long term treatment) to ascertain efficacy but I find it very relaxing if nothing more!

I've tried many of these in the past, but have to say this is the very best one. Wonderfully comfy, easy to use and many choices of time and heat output. Won't bother with any others now, this IS the one. Customer service excellent too! Quite rare these days! Nice one!

Nice and clean great for tired eyes.

I suffer from MGD and purchased this as I was finding the microwave versions don't hold the heat for very long. I keep this beside my bed and have it plugged into a large travel battery pack. It is very handy to pull on at night and in the morning for instant use. There is three heat settings (low, medium and high) amd three durations (20, 40 or 60mins) I have always used it for 20mins on the high heat setting. I have definately noticed an improvement in my MGD symptoms from starting to use this mask. Its is very good quality, comfortable to wear and with the adjustable strap is is easy to get the perfect fit and pressure you want for use. All in all a very good product and great value for money.

The eye mask is not doing what it should for my eyes. There's no flaxseeds so the mask does not sit on my actual eyelids. It heats up my forehead!! It has also stopped working and I have been using it less than daily since November so it's only lasted 3 months. It turns off before the time is up on the timer. I recommend ones that contain flaxseeds so that it fills in the contour of the eyelids. Otherwise the heat does not apply on the actual eyelids...

Bit disappointed with performance of this to be honest. It takes around 8 minutes to warm up (on high setting) and then a lot of the heat seems to be around the bridge of my nose rather than on my eyes, also the right eye is warmer than the left. It's a real shame as I had high hopes of this eye mask making my life a little easier as I am using a heated (in microwave) compress twice a day at the moment as instructed by ophthalmologist for my eye problem. However,it's a nice product,feels soft and I like that the cover can be washed. It came in a nicely presented box and was delivered promptly. Just sad it didn't quite live up to my expectations when using.
