Love my tempur pedic neck pillow. A must have for me since my neck injury and cervical spine surgery 20 years ago. Replace it every 2 years. Worth the price.

Pillow is indeed too hard on the first day or two, but softens after using it a couple days. To me, it now feels like a normal pillow that is just slightly firm, to a comfortable degree. I bought the size medium correctly following the measurement chart (6 in) but I would go for large next time. The pillow is relatively thin. The thinness makes me want to put my arm under the pillow to add height, as I sleep on my side.There are very few reputable brand options for this shape of pillow. In my opinion, the reviews for this are too negative. This is a valid option worth considering, especially considering most other pillows in this shape are cheap and not from established brands. I will give 5 stars to compensate, but my actual rating would be a 4.5.I would guess the negative reviews are from people upset at the firmness in the first few nights, and not waiting for it to soften up. I will add, the full price is a bit expensive for what this is. At the thirty or so percent off I got it, I consider it a good purchase. But at full price, generic pillows are also a valid option, especially considering you ought to be replacing your pillow every so often.

I love neck pillows and this one is a great size. Only 4 stars because wish it was firmer. Otherwise it’s so good!

This is the worst tempur-pedic pillow I have ever bought. I've slept on tempur-pedic pillows for the last 20 years due to a neck injury and have never had issues with a pillow like this one. The pillow itself is narrower than normal (my standard pillowcase swallows it) and the height is probably better fit for a line-backer. The pillow is super hard and even after 2 months of sleeping on it, it still hasn't broken in. Any movement laying on it sounds like the pillow is filled with plastic. I have woke up 9-10 times a night with this pillow because it is so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone.

Arrived fast and was exactly what I needed (replacement of an existing Tempur-Pedic pillow). Make sure to check the guide for how to properly measure your neck and shoulders to select the proper size (very important!). Excellent pillows that I've been using for years.

Ok, totally honest review…. Good and bad…If you’re looking for a VERY STURDY, neck supporting pillow… this is the one you should try.It’s harder than I anticipated. There’s really NO “give” in this memory foam. On one hand this can be a good thing…it doesn’t collapse through the night, and definitely supports your neck! On the other hand, there is no softness (like AT ALL) where your head rests. So, mixed review from me. I wake up with a bit of a sore head and headache 🥴 BUT my neck feels great! (And I have issues with my neck kinking up, that is why I got this pillow) Take from that what you will.I can say, that if I had tried it in a store, I probably wouldn’t have bought it. It’s kind of like sleeping on a brick. I would’ve sought out one in a softer model. I think this one is a “medium”? My face and head beg to differ on that term! 😂I’m still trying to get used to it. I can only do two or three nights in a row before I want to chuck it out the window!! It shouldn’t be this hard to find a comfortable ergonomic pillow! I think I would love it if it wasn’t so rock solid in the head area… but I’ve yet to find one that both supports the neck and cradles the head nicely.Heads up (no pun intended) definitely do NOT recommend for side or stomach sleepers! (I’m a back sleeper and can barely do it!)

This is my second purchase of this pillow. It does what the description says it does, it’s firm but after a few nights it conforms to the person. You just have to be patient for it to break in There is no odor! The cover washes and dries easily. Overall it’s a Tempur-pedic a great brand backed by science, they understand varying people needs for a good nights rest. Highly recommend this product

This is my second purchase of the same exact profile. My first purchase was about 5 years ago.I immediately noticed the new pillow is lighter than the old one. I weighed both. Old: ~ 1440 Grams. New: 1250 Grams. I haven't yet used the new one. I'll see if it has a different feel to it once I use it for few days.Just thought I'd share the obvious change in weight for the time being.Update Sept 8th 2023: after usage for 3 weeks, here are my thoughts:The new pillow is noticeably stiffer. It becomes negligibly softer or not at all in response to head and neck heat. Overall it seems there is no 'memory' to the foam. There is almost zero 'sinking' of the head into the pillow. (I don't believe my head has lost weight in the last 5 years)One thing it seems to be better at is its very effective heat dissipation . This is not necessarily better for me. I like to feel a bit of warmth underneath my head, as I tend to sleep in a cold room.Regrettably I had to return it before the refund windows closed. I could've kept it for a longer 'break in' period, but I doubt it would have gotten better.My next purchase of a TempurPedic product will have to be in a physical store.
