One of the Best Outdoor Purchases I’ve Made
Great little chair, comfortable, light and yet sturdy. I am 5’7” 210 and it holds me solidly. Some people have complained about difficulty getting out of it, or reaching things on the ground from the chair, I am a little stocky and I haven’t had this issue. It is tight putting on the cloth seat but I suspect if it wasn’t it would become saggy over time. I am actually using it to break it in.

Light. Portable. Comfortable.
I love this thing! It's easy to set up and tear down. Fits into the bag easily. Comfortable. I like that it comes with the bigger feet to prevent sinking into soft ground.I use it for sitting by a fire in the evenings. I use it for nighttime skywatching. It's not as light as the top of the line H*linox and doesn't pack as small but it's 1/3 the price! Buy one! Buy two! Seriously, I have no regrets about this purchase.

Tried A Few
I wanted a lightweight chair to carry on me E-bike as I often stop to read or just rest. My first chair was a Draxdog and was the most comfortable. The downsides were the weight and the tricky dis-assembly. Next came several models from Mission Mountain. They were all much lighter than the Draxdog and easier to put up and take down. They also include a loop sewn into the fabric to help pull the fabric onto the frame. In my opinion ALL these camp chairs should have this feature; without it pulling the fabric into the last frame was a struggle on all the other brands I tried. Brand number three was a chair from NatureHike. This was very close to the comfort level of the Draxdog but around half the weight. The frame is the easiest to set up and stow. The frame is an ‘X’ style rather than a triangle or square but I had no stability issues. The only downside to this one is that there is no drink holder. I didn’t think this was an issue until I took it out for a test sit at a local lake. Aller about 15 minutes of comfortable sitting while reading my Kindle I reached down for my water bottle that was sitting upright on the ground and noticed that ants were crawling all over it. Fortunately there too was closed. Although I love everything else about the NatureHike chair, the lack of a bottle and phone holder make this a return. Of all the charges I tried this is the only one that did not have an accessories pouch and was a deal breaker.

Seams on Pole Receivers is Outrageous
Although this is a great chair overall, I have one issue that I hope Naturehike will address. The tention to assembly is outrageous! You practically have to be a weight lifter to assemble these things. And because of this, the seams on the receivers for the poles rip out rather easily if you don't get the pole perfectly into the slot during assembly. I have one seam partially ripped already, and this is only my 5th time setting it up.The materials are all excellent... And the construction is very good... But good grief! Why in the world do you make the tention so absolutely ridiculous??!!Fix that and I'd go to 5 stars.UPDATE:I went out on the trail again yesterday and used the chair. Once again setting it up is outrageous because of the tension. This time, however, taking it down afterwards was the problem, but still because of the tension. Because it is so outrageously tight the receiver on one of the ends caught hold of the black end cap on the pole and pulled it out! These end caps are attached to the elastic cord for the pole, so at least I didn't lose it in the deep snow.I couldn't press it back in while on the trail... Too tight. I had to use a hammer to get it back in once I got home.So this is a continuing issue. I was hoping to bring this chair with me on my upcoming trips I have planned for this summer, but I am reconsidering. I cannot take the chance of these kinds of failures on long 2 to 3 week trips in the backcountry.Final UpdateNaturehike Addressed the Issue. They will be upgrading the chair in May (2025). They also informed me that the material will loosen up with use. So Naturehike is responsive as a company as well as putting out a quality AND affordable product. They also went further to help me but that will remain undisclosed.So... 5 stars.

Sturdy, compact and great for a small and portable camp chair
This is a great little chair. It is a little low to the ground making it slightly difficult to exit on occasion. The material is also a little harsh on exposed skin - it doesn't affect my husband, but it does rub my arms a bit. I throw a towel over it when I'm bare-armed. But, for what it is, it is sturdy and easy to pack. we use it inside a small room and have yet to use it outside due to weather, but are looking forward to trying it in the wilderness!

Useless if you can't put it together!
This is the third packing type chair kit I've owned and the only one I couldn't assembly! First chair kit I ever purchased was a Helinox Chair 1, (one model heavier than the chair 0). This took a lot of muscle to stretch the fabric over the frame but was doable, (just felt like you would end up breaking the frame every time it was put together). Once I got into Bikepacking and weight a bulk became a concern I purchased an REI Flexlite Air, (which is still my favorite for size, weight and ease of assembly). I purchased the Naturehike on a whim to have an alternate for Kayak Camping where weight and bulk isn't as much of a concern. BIG FAIL! The last thing I'll do is have to fight with a piece of gear just to use it as intended. Like I said the Helinox Chair 1 was hard to assembly- but this Naturehike I can't even come close to getting assembled- so pretty much useless.

Decent backpacking chair
I purchased this chair specifically to use for backpacking without costing too much. It is quite sturdy but a little bulky for a backpack. I wished it had straps or loops for assembling. It is slightly difficult to stretch the chair onto the frame without them. The chair is fairly comfortable and well balanced while sitting in it. Overall, I am pleased with it, especially for the price.
