This really works!
I have had disturbed sleep for about 12 years, after nursing my late husband. Not only do I never sleep for more than two hours at a time, the sleep is very poor. Over the years I have tried many remedies, but to no avail.After trying Valerian tea before I go to bed, not only have I slept longer than two hours at a time, the sleep is much better quality. This has made it easier for me to get out of bed in the morning, I also feel so much more refreshed and don't feel like I need a nap during the day.I would mention that the taste of the tea is not very palatable, but I feel that the benefits are worth putting up with it.I have since tried adding about one-eighth of a teaspoon of lavender flowers (as it is very strong), together with about half a teaspoon of (small) edible rose flowers (all available from Amazon!) This makes it quite a nice drink.I highly recommend this product, even if you have to persevere with it!
