Worst experience.
Do not waste your time on this chair. The holes to screw are not in place. Really tough to assemble. No assembly instructions, not even a reference video. No customer support. Better buy locally.

Best office chair under 15k
The quality of this product is very good compared to its price. It's very easy to assemble no instructions needed. The wheels are very smooth in operation. The comfort provided by chair is top notch and you won't feel fatigue after long working hours. Definitely recommended.

Don’t buy this
The base doesn’t fit the castor wheels and there is no assembly instructions. Then product design is inherently defective. And since there is no return policy but just a replacement you will be stuck with the same bad design chair that can’t fit the wheels. Stay far away from this and don’t waste your money.

Build quality is good and sturdy.
I made a good choice in purchasing this product. Not many reviews but still went on to buy looking at the item weight and the design. Assembly was easy, need to fix 13 screws to make the chair.

Box came in worst condition and all parts were damaged. Not something worth 15k

Very Good castors, infact the chair is really good.... I have been using this chair for last 2 years and facing no issues...

Huge wastage of money
Utterly nonsense product.The assembly material was incomplete.They have not provided with half the required number of screws.Moreover the screws were used ones.This is highly disappointing when you are paying 17k for one chair.
