I received this product it was soo comfortable and a Hermes dupe. but i received the wrong size and amazon was super helpful and refunded me so i could buy another pair once returned

Not true to size and way too small in the front part of the sandal. These came from Amazon USA via Amazon UK's site.I have C-width feet (just narrower than standard) and am a UK 6.5 I ordered a US size 9 as recommended (and I checked elsewhere online too).Whilst the length when I put my foot on top of these was long enough, barely, there wasn't any room for manoeuvre at all, my heel was right at the back and my toes touching the front.However, and the real point of this return, was the strap across the toes. I couldn't get my feet forward sufficiently through the strap. I haven't got fat feet, but no matter what, my foot would not go in. The uppers are all synthetic material so I wasn't going to force it in case it tore, and being synthetic I couldn't even think of stretching them as you perhaps could with leather. I wonder whether I got a duff pair, or even seconds?The second strap, nearer the ankle, was fine, and it has a velcro closure, but the front strap is just a fixed piece and does not slope up to match the angle of one's foot.Sadly, as the colour is fantastic (Kelly Green) and exactly what I wanted, they've been returned.This is even more of a pain as I won't get the customs charges that I had to pay, back either. So I am out of pocket some GBP30.00 on top of the postage charge GBP25.00 (Amazon refunds some of that postage but not all) and the insurance for the value of the item (GBP15.00). So essentially I am out for the cost of the wretched shoes either way.Considering whether I should just have taken them to the charity shop. They might have fitted someone. Anyway, they're on their way back to the USA. Caveat emptor, and no more ordering shoes from the USA!!Not recommended. Also, Amazon Returns, in this instance only, are, to my mind, unhelpful in the extreme.
