What I do know is that it tastes great! It has a rich, natural flavor that makes food pop without being overly harsh or too salty.One thing to note - the grains are large. If you like fine salt, this might annoy you, but I just toss it in a grinder or crush it with a pestle and mortar, and it works perfectly. Plus, because of the size, this bag lasts ages!If you’re looking for a high-quality, natural salt that delivers on flavor, this is a great choice. Just be prepared to do a little grinding!
