Works Great! Wasn't a keeper but it was the first cast out.

Been dropping in the Chesapeake and it rocks!

Please do not buy this snare. The loops are not set in place. The chance of catching a crab are low to none since the loops are free to move. The given weight is quite useless. My product also came defective.

I ordered this thinking "why not." It seems to be well made; just curious as to how well it works - and how it works as, alas, it didn't come with any instructions. No instructions for how to use it or for how/when/where to install the spare parts. That in itself loses a star.This trap is also smaller than I expected. Not sure how well this will actually capture/catch blue claw crabs this summer, but we'll see.I will update the review later when I've had a chance to try it out. Until then, it only gets a middle of the road rating.

These are easy to use. They are strong. Have caught a lot of crabs with these snares. They come with extra loops to replace any worn out ones. We have lost some when they get caught on sharp rocks and the line is cut or when they are not tied onto the line correctly and the go flying when casting. AirFly is the only ones I use and have been using them for 3 years.

Went crabbing for the first time using these. So easy to use.

I bought one last week annd it looks sturdy andwell made but do I need to add weight? For instance a place like Ocean Beach?

I gave this two stars due to the design which was well thought out. The hardest part is that none of the snare rings function as they should to snap onto a 🦀 leg. I spent four hours out with razor clam and 🦑 squid as bait with no results on each rapid reel in. Back to the drawing board for this one. Save your money.💴
