Great resource
Excellent and useful book to have on hand. But, I also recommend Nicole Apelian & Claude Davis’s The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies. It gives a much deeper understanding of plants and their beneficial properties.

Unbiased Wellness Information
I love this book! It's so informative and encompasses the most common ailments that you may want to address naturally. I bought it to gain insight on endometriosis, acne, candida, leaky gut, and high blood pressure but there is so much more. I love how the book breaks down natural remedies, supplements, and diet, but also includes Western Medicine approaches so you can weigh your options. I keep it on my coffee table as something my guests can take a peek at and my friends and family have been able to gain some useful knowledge by flipping through the chapters. Highly recommend.

A Must Read if You Are Serious About Your Health
Unless you live under a rock, most of us are aware of how questionable the medical industry is. That's why I was looking forward to getting and reading this book. So far it hasn't disappointed me. Will update if needed. This is a MUST read if you are serious about your health and understanding the holistic approach to wellness.
