Melatonin Gummies, 5 mg, 250 Count

I got these because I need a little help to get to sleep and these work exactly how they are supposed to. The best part is I stay asleep too. The taste isn't bad and they are nice and chewy. I take two of them at night and sleep soundly til the morning. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a little help to sleep. Thank you.

I have tried these melatonin gummies several times now and unfortunately, I have not had much success with the regular dose of 2 gummies which gives you 5 Milligrams of melatonin. I have not fallen right asleep.I have even tried 4 gummies and maybe felt a little sleepy. So it could be just getting the right dosing amount for me. As far as the price at $34.99 does seem a tad high. In the bottle get 250 gummies and 1 serving is 2 gummies, now you have 125 left. Depending on how many you take will dictate the value for you and how long the bottle will last. So in my case, a lot less value and lasts not as long as well.

So, we usually keep chewable melatonin in the house, but since we do gummy multi vites, wanted to give these a try. Seemed like a good deal, just reading the quick description of 5mg, 250 count. A word to the wise, always read ALL the description and dosage. Each gummy is in fact 2.5mg so you have to take 2 in order to be 5mg. In lay terms what that equates to is 125 doses in this bottle. Makes it not as good of a deal as originally seen as.As far as flavor goes, they taste average, a bit waxy. The texture is a bit different than some gummies as these are vegan, so are fruit pectin instead of gelatin.What these do allow is exact dosing, for if you need a bit less, you can take 2.5mg, if you want a bit more you can take 7.5mg. Still not a terrible deal, but think I will stick with the regular chewable. They do not get stuck in your teeth.

The serving size is 2 gummies, and the label indicates that there is 5mg of melatonin per serving. So, I wasn’t absolutely certain but thought that might mean one gummy would be 2.5mg of melatonin. I am just taking one gummy because it doesn’t take much melatonin for me to get a good night’s sleep. Different people need different amounts and sometimes as we get older, we need to increase our dosage. I think two gummies would have had me waking up groggy. As it was, with just one gummy, I slept an hour longer than I normally would. As with any new melatonin product please test this out on a day you don’t have to wake up at a specific time bright eyed because you never know how a new melatonin product will affect you.

Melatonin has always been hit or miss with me. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. These have a great flavor and work quick. I like that they are smaller doses so you can stack them or just take a small dose.

I love these melatonin, gummy‘s! They arrived quickly and well packaged. You get a lot for your money! I take a couple prior to going to bed and then one if I wake up in the middle of the night and it helps me sleep through the evening! The gummy some selves are not big but each one contains 5 mg of melatonin. It tastes really good very subtle get tasty! The texture is not too chewy not too much it’s just right!

I really don’t like to swallow pills and these melatonin gummies were perfect to take every night. They did help me sleep better and easy to chew with a good taste. Nice big bottle with 250 gummies for the price;)

I love these blackberry melatonin gummies. You get 250 which at 2 gummies per dose is a decent supply. The flavor is great-they are only 15 calories per dose so you can enjoy the blackberry goodness as you fall to sleep. The bottle doesn’t say where they are made which is the only negative I have to say about it. Just where they are distributed from. Still, this is good value and will last a long time.
