Portable Charger
Because of their very diminutive size and low weight, they are well suited for concealing in pockets or bags without adding any unnecessary bulk. Because I am often going to new areas or going to events where there is limited access to power outlets, the mobility of this device is a huge benefit for someone like me. I am always on the go. The rate at which these small power banks could charge was a nice and unexpected surprise for me. They may be little, but despite their size, they provide rapid charging for all of my gadgets, including my iPhone and my Samsung phone. The capacity of 5000 mAh is more than plenty for completely recharging my phone numerous times, which ensures that I will be connected and have ample power throughout the day. It may seem like a small feature, but I've found myself using it in a number of different scenarios. The torch has proven to be a really useful and clever addition, helping me in a variety of scenarios, from searching for things in my backpack when the lighting is poor to navigating unknown regions at night. Another aspect that really stands out is the compatibility with USB-C. It is important to have power banks that are compatible with the new USB-C charging standard since the world is heading in that direction. The USB-C connector not only permits quicker charging but also enables me to charge both the power bank and my devices with the same cable, which reduces the number of wires that I need to take with me.

Works
These are alright, each one charges my iPhone 14 to about 80%.

Great to have
Have charged and reused them many times. They have gotten me out of situations over & over again. Port in jerp stopped working then remembered I have them and saved me from being a bad situation for period of time. They’ve saved me many times.

Works great for travel
The media could not be loaded. I haven’t used other power banks so I can’t compare, but having a two-pack was perfect for my husband and I to each have one when traveling. It’s very small and fits in a purse and comes in really handy when a phone needs charging. Charges the phone well and battery seems to last pretty long. The dual output is nice so you can charge USB or lightning. Also includes a flashlight. No problems with it so far, it’s working great.

One of the Unlucky Ones
I ordered these before traveling internationall, because I like the size, weight, and form factor. But I'm afraid they were problematic. One was non-functional on arrival, I think a short of some kind: the flashlight was switching on and off at random times just sitting on the table, and charging would flip on and off more frequently. So I couldn't get it to charge anything. No problem quick return/replacement, and I get a new pair. The first one died after a single use: charged my phone to full once and then I assume the ports on it died because it won't connect to any device with any cable such that it will charge. It just sits, looking very smug with its full charge, but refusing to share. The second seems to have lost capacity after two uses, and now barely charges my phone more than 30%. It wants to, it just gets tired quickly. I mean, I can empathize to an extent.Since I'm now travelling, I've just had to (responsibly) recycle them and go a different direction.(As has been noted, reviews seem quite varied, so there's definite inconsistency with the product; maybe more of a QA issue, or a batch of bad parts during manufacturing?)

Charge capacity is 3,000mAh, NOT 5,000mAh
After purchasing these last year I noticed both ran out of juice more quickly than they should when charging devices, lasting about the same length of time that my Anker 3,350mAh portable battery lasts before it dies & needs to be recharged. And since the Anker is 2.5 years old and been recharged about 20x times, it now has less than the original 3,350mAh charge ability left. A few weeks ago I lost a Sixthgu while hiking and so purchased another pair since they are a reasonably good value despite losing charge faster than expected. The new package holding the 2 Sixthgu's is identical to the package my first pair came in EXCEPT on the outside of the bottom flap of new package are listed specs that read, "..Rated capacity: 3,000mAh..." This explains why they lose charge faster than a 5,000mAh portable battery should..bc they are actually 3,000mAh.Pro: since they are made of plastic there's no shiny metal underneath that appears when the Sixthgu is scratched like happens with my black metal Anker portable batt, which preserves the appearance. [I purchased a new 5,000mAh Anker and it too is made of plastic, a good thing.] Lightweight. Has flashlight LED but only half the brightness of a phone LED.Con: advertised as 5,000mAh but actually 3,000mAh. Also, when charging one of my iPods the Sixthgu doesn't shut off when the 'Pod is fully charged. But when a device having a large battery, such as the 4,000mAh batt in my Motorola phone is charged, the Sixthgu WILL shut off shortly after the battery reaches 100% - something to remember when charging small batteries. In contrast, my old 3,350mAh Anker power bank DO shut off then the iPods reaches 100%. [A new 5,000mAh Anker power bank also shuts off when Pods reach 100%, when I first began using it. But this Anker has since developed problems and I will be returning it as defective: When fully charged the 5,000mAh Anker doesn't want to power/charge anything (fans, phones, Pods, LED lights, etc.) longer than a couple seconds, it then shuts off.]

So far I love them
These are just what I was looking for. I didn’t want something totally bulky to charge my old than dirt phone that no longer keeps a charge. These fit that bill well. They charge up nicely, seem pretty durable and charge my device well. I love that they’re two colors so I can tell which is mine and which is my spouse’s. We really need to get new phones but these will help us delay that expense for a while longer
