Great product
The nasal cushions from Medihealer are a great alternative to the more expensive brands. Designed in the United States, the solid plastic frame provides a firmer fit, which reduces leaks. It is comfortable.

comfortable and works as well as OEM cushions., but with a price benefit.

A bit on the small side
It fits the headgear perfectly. The nasal pillow itself it narrower than the previous piece that came with the product. A bit uncomfortable, I’m hoping it will stretch as it is used. It was supposed to be medium. If I order from here in the future I guess I will go with medium wide. Perhaps a comparison size chart would be good

Cheaper and great
I liked. Worked great. Better than I thought for being a non brand knock off. Two for less than the price of one. Excellent. Blood oxygen was great for first night of use.l (right now). Comfort was great. Fit great within my resmed kit.

Smaller than name brand items
Good quality; however, they are smaller than the name brand so seal is not what it should be. Will try a medium next time opposed to small.

Perfect fit!
For the price you cannot beat these they perfectly, and it's less complex of a nasal piece make it easier to keep it clean, very comfortable(for me) and I will be buying more very soon.

Poor exhaust placement
The pillow fits fine and does its job ok. My issue with the pillow is that it vents out through itself unlike the Resmed brand. This causes blowback in my face and wakes me up throughout the night. If you're a back sleeper, this may not be an issue for you.
