I moved to Florida a few years ago and have been having difficulty in acclimating to the heat and humidity of the summer months. I don't like drinking sugary electrolyte drinks and found these pills on Amazon. They are on the large size so I make sure I drink plenty of water while taking them. By doing this there is no after taste that I get with some pills. They also contain a lot of other vitamins and minerals that I have been able to whittle down some of my other supplements which makes it more affordable. So far the effectiveness seems to be helpful as I don't get so run down in the humidity.

My husband works in a factory that has no airflow. This year has had a lot of hot and humid days. Even drinking lots of Gatorade he was still getting heat exhaustion and was also getting water logged from how much he tried to drink in order to stay hydrated. I decided to give these a try and they exceeded my expectations. He was able to recover and now uses them on the worst days and says they help him a lot. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

Great for fasting! A much better alternative to fasting salts. It’s a lot harder to swallow salty water than the pills.Not bad smelling, no strong smell at all and they are effective.I am water fasting and this is the perfect supplement.

The product is great but the tablet is big and hard to swallow. It’d be great to have it in capsules

This is an efficient hydration solution.The evolution of hydration for me has gone from water to Gatorade, to powdered Gatorade, to these tablets. With only water, I would feel terrible and for some reason it was uncomfortable to drink a lot of water even though I was thirsty. Then came Gatorade and that was a game changer. I felt great and it went down so easily, and after drinking Gatorade, it was easy to drink plain water. But Gatorade was expensive and took up a lot of weight and space when traveling. Gatorade powder fixed the weight and space problem so long as there was a water supply at the destination, but it was messy and needed to be mixed with water.Enter the efficient solution: Electrolyte tablets. The tablets are light weight, easy to carry, cost effective, do not require mixing, fast and easy to consume and hydrates the body with water.The only downside is that the tablets don't give you the pleasure of drinking sweet and tasty energy drinks. The psychological benefit of luxuriating in an ice-cold Gatorade is real when you're burning up in the hot sun. But there are tradeoffs that you the consumer needs to evaluate.
