Poor quality and no customer support
The sea scooter arrived defective where the on button was always engaged leaving it on unless you disconnect the battery. The seller made me pay to ship their defective item back.

Do not buy this product!
Do not recommend, at all! Purchased brand new, maintained the battery as required. First battery died within a couple of months. Didn't use it during winter. A friend gave us a new battery from the Marlin they purchased that broke within a month of use (the scooter itself). She took it to a repair shop recommended by Nautica, who told her it'll cost her more to fix it than the scooter was! We took the battery, maintained it properly. The second battery died within 3 months. Now Nautica and its reseller do not sell this battery. We cannot find it ANYWHERE. The scooter is useless after having it only a year. Absolutely a crap device and Nautica CS will send you to pay for repairs and will make you find and pay for your own batteries. Unreal
