Works great!! Perfect laptop for me
I love this laptop!! I used the same crappy HP for 12 or more years. Getting this refurbbed and few years old laptop is a treat to use! I've had zero issues with it. It was shipped very well with the charger.

Refurbished unit had the same problem it was originally returned for.
Refurbished unit had the same problem it was originally returned for. It did not make it through the hardware test during setup because of a bad processor fan. I could clearly see that it had a failed processor fan in the bios log that was never fixed. How do they send out a refurbished unit without completing a simple hardware scan? I needed this for a work trip now I have to have the replacement sent to my hotel. Hopefully I have better luck with the second one.

Nice laptop but buy
I bought this a few months ago and it worked great! I loved the light up keyboard! It ran perfectly and suddenly on boot up it said it couldn't find the hard drive. I ordered a replacement and that one also worked well for a little bit but then I suddenly had vertical lines flashing through my screen. The battery ran out rather quickly too. I think overall it was a great laptop and the games I played on it ran smoothly. I would purchase this laptop again but not refurbished. I would definitely get it brand new.
