You can use any flat bottom round plastic container, they might just wear down faster

Q: Has anyone tried components that have small cubic zirconias embedded? Like1 and 2 mm. Does it make them matte?

I've done many pieces with cubic zirconia even larger than that with no problem.

Q: Is the magnetic shot that comes with this unit stainless steel?

I don't remember, however, anything that is stainless steel and has magnetic properties, will rust, slowly, but it will rust. When I am finished with a project, I rinse the shot and spread it out on a couple of paper towels to let it dry.

Q: Do they sell the replacement acrylic bowl?

You can use any flat bottom round plastic container they just might wear out faster
