Difficult to split in small amounts, but tasty
If you want to cook a small amount, it is very difficult to separate all the noodles; they tend to stick together when it is dry.

Excellent product. As a guide I would say that one 500g bag will feed 10 people at least . I used it for a vermicelli salad for 10 as part of a meal and we had plenty left over.
