Good capsules
The capsules are well packed, easy to swallow, good value and appear of high quality. Lycopene in uncooked tomatoes is stored in crystalline structures that make it poorly available. To increase absorbtion lycopene, even in a capsule or in cooked tomatoes, should be taken with a meal containing 10 or more grams of fat.

Judging a health supplement is difficult - certainly without obvious indications of effect that can't be expected in theshort term, and maybe not too obvious over a longer period - mainly because such things have to work in conjunctionwith the diet and life-style/age of the user. In the meantime, it can be said that the product falls within therecommended daily allowance for this particular supplement. It is well packaged and presented and its cost is modest. In the absence of any impartial lab. check on the content it is not possible to comment further on itsaccuracy and likely efficacy or otherwise. Taken at face value, the product offers good value.

Easy to swallow. Recommended for general health. Hard to say whether it works or not, because I haven't stopped taking them, to find out.

High Dose, Easy To Swallow
These are high-dose lycopene capsules which are very easy to swallow. I'm gradually buying more Prowise supplements because they are high quality and much better value than the brands I have been buying regularly for years.

Toxic Smell
Really concerned if I should take this supplement because there is a distinct toxic smell when opening the container and each tablet too!
