Defective thermoregulation and poor customer service. Temperature is not stable and cycles from full heat to room temperature multiple times a day. I measured using a thermometer probe and app to track temperature over the full day. This item is not safe for keeping food at a constant warm temperature. The company ignored multiple requests for a return shipping label and ultimately I shipped it at my expense costing almost as much as the unit itself to ship. Very frustrating experience.

Great product for keeping food warm out by the pool!

Very durable and well built quality. Adjustable temperature and easy to use.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took 2-3 hours with multiple people to take the protective lining off of all the metal. This is to protect the metal from being scratched. It was really hard to get it all off before we could use it.

The warmer seems to work fine! Purchased it a couple weeks ago and when it was first turned on, it smelled like wires burning and started smoking. Originally thought it was broken but it just needed to burn a few minutes and then it was great! It has worked great ever since.

Does not shut off completely with the on/off switch- have to unplug it or have the temperature at zero. Also the bottom rack is so hot it will start paper on fire.
