Good for 42" chest and 31" - 33" inside leg I found. Waste size most as elastic trousers. Overall I'd say it would fit most average sizes.

I have a 42" chest and 34 waste and the Standard/Medium fitted me very well so it might be a tad big in the jacket but the trousers are elasticated.
