It comes as described. It fits my Garmin Dezel 770 SatNav. It has a blue light instead of a red light. I've had no issues with it so far. Would buy it again.

Well it works ... but a message now pops up on my SatNav saying that the cable "is not compatible with traffic for this device" and that I should "connect to Smartphone Link" to get traffic updates.

Works perfectly. Ideal length. A little bit stiff to get into cigarette lighter port.

My charger cable for my old garmin sat nav had broken on the cigarette charger end.I bought this to replace the broken one and was not disappointed.Nice sturdy construction and fits just like the original into the sat nav.A good length of cable to reach the windscreen of most cars on the road.I can use the Garmin again in my car which has no navigation. Highly recommend this product!

My other one broke and I couldn’t find a replacement at Garmin. Bought one on eBay which was rubbish and didn’t work so sent it back. Saw this one, ordered it, arrived next day and works a treat.

This is better than the original that came with my Garmin. In general it looks a bit "clunky" - not as sleek as the original and the lead is thick. Anyway, I went out to the car to test it and found that the end fits snugly and securely in the cigar lighter, connects well to the satnav and it switched on immediately. It was the lowest price of what was on offer, too. With my original charger (whose connection got crushed underfoot) power was always lost when disconnected so I was never able to set it up indoors. After I had tested this product (no more than 5 minutes) and unplugged the device, I found that the satnav was still lit up and taking commands! What a bonus! I'd probably be able to use it on foot.

I bought this charger because my previous charger that came with the Garmin Satnav had broken into pieces. This charger had a nice blue light on the side to tell me if it was working - it was when I first plugged it in but after 30 minutes driving I would get a warning from my Satnav that the battery was low then it would switch off.Took my car to my local garage to check that the ‘Cigar Lighter’ connection was working OK and it was. The owner who also had Garmin plugged his Charger lead in and it worked fine. He then discovered that the pin on my Charger was very stiff and it was forcing itself out of the connection. No amount of pressing the point back in seemed to ease it so I am faced with purchasing another from somewhere? Very disappointed. TF
