I had purchased a perfume about 10 years ago that was named Destiny and I fell in love with the scent. Well, over the years, I had forgotten about the perfume and I wanted to purchase it again but could not find it in the department store where I had originally purchased it. I was excited to find "Destiny" on Amazon so I ordered it immediately. This perfume was not the Destiny that I used to wear; in fact, I thought it smelled horrible. I am a perfume person and I really don't complain about any perfume, but I have to be truthful.... I love my perfumes on the stronger side but this perfume was so overbearing and the scent was awful, so for lack of a better word. It was as though a bunch of old perfumes were dumped together into one bottle. I had my co-workers smell it and they said the same thing. I was not able to send it back for a refund, which was very disappointing, so I threw it into the garbage because I knew there was nobody who would ever wear it.

Smells somewhere between soap and your grandmother
I thought this fragrance smelled very clean ... like a soap but not in a bad way. Unfortunately, when I was told by two people — one a 15 yr old and another a 65 yr old — that I smelled like an old lady. Specifically, the 65 yr old toke me I smelled like her grandmother used to smell. I will say that the smell lasts over 24 hours and for some folks, that might be a good thing. For me, I will put it in the giveaway box.
