Sharp
Very sharp and great quality. Would last a long time

They're beautiful
They're beautiful just high maintenance. You can't have them sitting in the sink. You have to wash and dry immediately then apply oil every once in a while or else they'll rust. These are more for display although they can be practical just for special occasions. So I recommend to get a set for daily use that don't require such high maintenance and these for when youre cooking for guests

Nice set, needs tedious care...
They're a beautiful set. Maintains a nice edge, but gains notches and nicks easily. The most inconvenient drawback to this particular set is the "hammered steel" portion of the blade. It's completely untreated, meaning it will rust immediately after one wash. Had I known I would need thoroughly dry and oil the blade immediately after every use, I would have found a different set.

Nice set of knifes but thay don't have the brand stamp like thay show on the images...relly sharp blades
