Stylish and safe for travels
I took this bag on an overseas trip and it was great. I like the theft-proof latch and strong fabric, and I added a small carabiner to the outside pocket zipper for travel through the train stations or streets. The large top opening and lighter inside color made it easy to find stuff that was inside, but sometimes it was hard to zip without using both hands. It’s a very good backpack overall; both stylish and safe.

PERFECT TRAVEL BAG
I have used this for 4 years and it is the best bag for everything. Anti-theft makes it great for travel, my go-to personal item on flights, work bag (looks nice enough to be a purse when I head out to happy hours and don't want to be lugging my work bag with me), waterproof material, fits a lot, durable, it is the perfect bag

Good bag if you don't need organizing pockets
I tried 3 backpacks (Lovevook, Pacsafe, and Travelon). This bag just didn't fit all of my needs and I ended up not keeping this bag. It was slightly smaller and didn't have many pockets. I love the security features...locking zippers and the detachable strap so the bag can be secured to a table or chair.

Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer service. :) They were super easy to reach out to on their website regarding an issue, responded quickly and resolved the problem promptly when I had an issue with the The safety lock guard (plastic and broke at first use) New one works GREAT! Thank you :)

Perfect replacement for my Osprey daypack for airplane travel!
I have been looking for a replacement for the daypack I got as part of my Osprey Farview, and alternatively for my Longchamp Le Pliage. My daughter had recently bought an item from PacSafe and really likes it, so of course I went to PacSafe's website. I saw this backpack and immediately was attractive to it because it was not too big, was lightweight, had a fairly slim line, and it worked as a personal item for international travel.I started looking for reviews on YouTube (as well as for reviews of comparable items and came across a number of recommendations. Some people absolutely loved it, and some pointed out a few negatives. Given the cost and the fact that I would need it to be shipped internationally, I hesitated and kept looking for other suggestions. A few weeks ago, I saw that the PacSafe store on Amazon had lowered the price (I think because they introduced a new model,) and I decided to jump on it.It arrived to me within the week, and I have to say, it far exceeded my expectations! It is the same length and width as my Osprey, but its outer pocket is larger (which was something I was looking for), and it not only can hold my iPad, but my 15" MacBook can also fit along with other items. It is lightweight like my Longchamp (which I also use for travel) but easier to carry and looks stronger. It fits more than either of my other personal item. I s can also throw my Le Pliage into is as in case I should need it. Even better, it is nice looking! I am not a young backpacker, and I hate looking too touristy when I travel. Some people have commented that it doesn't fit well for shorter people. I am 5'1" and have no issues with it (I did a test pack just to see). Generally, I also travel with a small roll-aboard so I am not carrying it on my shoulders for a long period of time. The fact that I can slide it onto the handle was a positive that my other two personal items did not have.

Traveler's delight
Love this bag. Would buy again 100%. I used this for a year of traveling, beginning in Ireland.I bought it to safely hold my computer, passport, wallet, etc, while exploring new cities in Europe, and it was great. I had at least one person attempt to open the lock while I wore it standing in a packed train station, but they weren't able to get it open. It was actually a bit of a win on my part because the person was ... shall we say persistent. I could feel the bag move under their efforts like they really wanted to prove they could get into it. In the end, they finally got the first bit opened, but then there's the zipper and the need to open it fully to reach inside. No way were they getting anything. I'd also say that it distracts a pickpocket because they're so focused on the "lock" that they don't bother to even try to get into the front pocket. It held my Macbook Air with plenty of room, plus I often filled it with notebooks and heavy books, but the best "pack" I carried was my laptop and enough clothes for a four-day surprise trip to London. It held all my clothes for 4 days plus toiletries. If I had to do it again, I'd buy my toiletries there and give myself room for my straightening iron because after a few days in London, with just the hotel blowdryer, my hair looked frightening. After a year of travel in all weather conditions, and in Ireland it got rained on constantly, it still looks like new. I love this bag and will hold onto it until it's in tatters. It's a traveler's delight but would work well for commuters, students, and those on the go.

Great!
I bought this for a trip to London in January. I toted it wayyyy after my trip until around June. It’s a decent size. You can put a 32 oz hydroflask in the side pocket. I love the RFID security pocket inside. And the security features built in. I never felt like anyone would be able to take my purse while traveling. I will mimic what some others said in their reviews. It’s hard to close with just one hand. You have to clasp both sides together in order to zip it up. It takes some getting used to to undo all the security features to get in it. It can make you feel somewhat rushed at checkout lines. It’s a good weight, durable and versatile. It snowed while we there and nothing inside got damaged so I would say it’s good on basic water resistance. A problem I did have was also the straps kept sliding down. We were averaging 7-10 miles of walking a day and my shoulders and back were achy. But I still love the bag and would get it again if need be. Thanks! Can’t wait to take it on my next adventure!
