The pillow is great. Supports my baby's head while slightly lifting to avoid flatness. It also stays put through the night dispite head movements.

Useless
Save your money! My baby is 5Lbs and obviously small for traditional padding on a car seat. This overpowered the car seat. It was too bulky. Did not allow her to sit comfortably, instead it pushed her head forward which I imagine could be dangerously as it could be compromising her airway. Maybe for a 3lb baby but definitely not 5lbs and up. And definitely not to be used in a car seat.
