Apologies
Have to make an apologyWhen I received the the tiles they were compressed. When I’ve bought from other companies they just came in a boxSo not knowing, when you take them out all the ends are in even and looked like they’d been moulded that way but you have to leave them expand and they are perfectly fine after that. So in my defence I was unaware of thisI know what it’s like running a business so don’t want to give negative feedback when it’s not the case. product is really goodMaybe but some instruction to make a customer aware you have to leave them for a while to regain their shape. So I do apologies the product is Very good.

Not bad for my little booth
I have a small recording booth in a quiet area and these add to the soundproofing I already have, i bought them as I liked the color really as I get bored in a dark space recording. If you was in a really noisy environment, I would suggest, something more substantial and then add some of these on top for a bit more defusion of echo and bass noise. Not expensive either and in different colors, so definitely worth a go.

Must have for audiophiles and sound experts
The media could not be loaded. I work in the music industry and have my own home recording studio so I can say a thing or two regarding sound control and ways to improve the sound environment through acoustical treatment.First thing I wanted to do was treat the echo bouncing in my work space so I ordered several packs of these wedge acoustic foam tiles and had them covered across my wall through adhesive spray. The package arrived fast and compressed as described, and let it sit and soak in water then it will turn to normal and use.The application of the product was simple and straight forward. Easy to install, recommend.

Hit and miss
I bought this product for my gaming set up to lower the echo in the room and it works wonders although I experience after unboxing the product most of the blue form is a little flatter than black. I don’t know if this is just coincidence even though I bought two sets furthermore it’s very hit and miss whether you get a good product or not. I think for the money I would give it 6 out of 10 for the quality I would give it 5 out of 10 for the overall product I would give 7 out of 10.

Awful Product
Terrible product. I've bought a lot of acoustic foam over the years, but this was by far the worse, by a long way. You'd expect it to arrive in a big box with 12 pieces of acoustic foam that you stick on the wall etc.Er no. They arrived in a very squashed little bag about 25cm by by 25cm 6 cm, for 12 pieces!!!. So, you open it and you get 12 very flat ( maybe 5mm thick ) pieces of (some damaged) foam. So, peeled off 1 at a time, like you would a stack of pancakes, and maybe, by some galactic miracle, they all might expand into what I was expecting. Er, no again. All stayed looking very sorry for themselves. So, acoustically, they would do precisely NOTHING.Shoved them straight in the bin. Can't even be bothered to return it, as it would require putting them all back in the bag. Amazon should really stop selling this rubbish.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Good Product
Turned up compressed as expected. Separated the pads and let them sit. They were back to normal shape/thickness within a few hours. No problems. I would say that these aren't for soundproofing as advertised. No foam pad is going to help with soundproofing. This is for absorbing high/midrange frequencies and reduce some reverb in a room.

These are not sound proofing tiles.
These foam tiles are for removing the echo effects you get in some rooms which lack a carpeted floor or fabric curtains think of a bathroom as your recording booth well we all know how that will sound which is why so many sing in the shower due to the reverberations and or echoes in the room they think they sound fantastic but that is another topic but if you were to tape these foam panels to the walls in your bathroom you would easily notice a significant reduction in reverb and or echo sounds in fact it would be quite dead sounding ideal for recording in. so open the bag put them in the bath and soak them totally take the plug out and let them drain give them a squeeze now and then and leave to dry be warned this drying can take 3 days or more depends on temp at your place or if it is hot and sunny where you are put them out side once soaked you will see they swell up to their normal shape enjoy.
