Super useful with a quick and easy install
Can I get to the latch behind the seat without this? Yes but you are essentially sticking your hand into the abyss fiddling around trying to find a small latch. Does this make it so much easier? 100%. It’s a super quick easy install maybe 5 minutes and if you want to remove it there’s no permanent modification you had to do to install just remove the bolts again take it off and bolt your latch down and done deal. Holes line up perfectly for the bolts and you don’t even notice it’s there build quality of materials feels good. The plate size fits perfectly on the factory latch. I’m interested in trying out their molle panels now that I’ve seen the fit of this. The dash molle and passenger seat look pretty useful

Just built right. Now pun intended
Should have came factory with the ability to release both rear seats. Get (2) if you have a 12th gen Screw (09-14 F150/Raptor). Fits both sides of the rear seats.Raise seat bottom to allow more space when trying to release the upper pin. Use a closed end wrench to grab the pin and pull straight up. May take a few tries and head scratches but you'll get there.Slight bend in bracket will be required. Use the bolts to hold the bracket and make your bends. Don't go HAM bending, small adjustment until you get there.

Easy install
Super simple install which only takes two minutes. I folded the bottom of the seat up and could access the latch to drop the upper portion of the seat. Once down, I used the t30 bit to take out the two screws and line the bracket up as instructed. Put it all back together and done.

Easy install
Easy install. Just watch out for the alignment of the sliding pin the latch locks onto to. If moved from its original position, the seat will not latch. No big problem. Just slide the pin just a bit and retry latcking. Takes a minute or two to realign. Not a problem, just an adjustment

Does the job.
It’s a great idea and does perform it’s intended job, but the short strap falls down and makes it challenging to retrieve.I’m sure Builtright probably won’t do anything about it as long as they still have stock, but it would help to make it long enough to extend over the front of the cushion or make it stiff so it stands up like the factory straps.I used a tiny bungee strap to hook it to the headrest.

Nice Improvement to Factory
My application was 2018 F-150 Supercab.Factory pull was attached to the latch, but it is short. I was able to reach my arm behind the seat to unlatch for installation. The wrench unlatch would not have worked for me. Installation was easy. Product seems durable and works well.A suggestion for improvement would be a more rigid pull that could hold the flexible strap above the back seat as you are latching it in place. The strap wants to fall behind the seat-back as you re-latch.Also, the latch mechanism on mine had a square bolt head. The pull strap attachment piece was round. You're supposed to be able to fit this piece around the shaft and pull to snap it into place for a snug fit. This scenario would not work with the square head. I had to flip the piece around for it to work Instead of being snug, the strap attachment piece is loose inside the bracket, but I think the bracket end flap will hold it in place. It is a good product, and is working fine.

Have an inverter or heated seats? may not be worth it
Definitely watch the video for installation! After you use the box end wrench on the release, don’t forget you have to then pull the seat release too!!For my F-150 Limited with an inverter, very little usable space was gained, but it’s still nice to get behind there.

Works great in 23 F150. Watch the install video and you'll have no problems.
Great little device for F150 rear seat. Let's you drop the back of the rear seat with the pull of a strap. It really is easy to install. Took me about 10 minutes. Word of Advice, watch the video, the entire video. It'll save you time and make the install go smoothly. I wish I had bought this when I bough my truck in 23. Also word of advice, drop your back seat to see if you have any room to use before you order. Some higher end F150 have stereo equipment and amps and speakers behind the seat, so there may no be any extra room. Heck, I'd buy it anyway. Makes it a lot easier to get the rear seat back down if you have to work on that stereo or you wanted to upgrade. Great product for a fair price. Once again, watch the install video.
